We transform UKAINT’s operations with its first logistics installation in Colombia

• We implemented an AR PAL Double Deep Pallet Racking system across 1,800 m²
•  2,000 pallet positions to optimise capacity and support growth

At AR Racking, we have supported UKAINT SAS in the launch of its first warehouse equipped with industrial racking at La Florida Industrial Park, in Siberia, Cundinamarca. This project represents a key step in the evolution of its logistics operations, focused on growth and improved efficiency.

To meet the client’s needs, we designed and installed an AR PAL storage system in a double-deep configuration, ideal for managing a high volume of references while optimising space utilisation. The solution has been implemented in a 1,800 m² warehouse, reaching a height of 10.50 metres and providing capacity for 2,000 pallet positions.

This project has enabled UKAINT to move from an operation without racking to a more efficient, organised logistics model prepared to scale its growth. The use of standard pallets measuring 1 x 1.20 metres ensures that the system is adapted to both its current and future needs.

In addition to the installation, we provided comprehensive support throughout the entire process. From the initial phase, we advised the client in selecting the most suitable warehouse, preparing different layout proposals to optimise the final result.
