Tradesur boosts its capacity with over 2,200 new pallet positions installed in record time

• In just seven days, AR Racking Peru installed 2,200 pallet positions for Tradesur, thanks to immediate stock availability and a meticulously timed assembly plan.

AR Racking has once again proven its ability to provide agile, high-impact solutions by completing the installation of a 2,200-position storage system for Tradesur in just two weeks. The challenge was to increase the operator’s capacity without disrupting daily operations—an objective achieved thanks to the immediate availability of in-stock materials, precision coordination among technicians, and a just-in-time assembly schedule executed with clockwork accuracy.

From the project's initial meeting, a scalable and customized solution was designed to make the most of the vertical space at the new Distribution Center, located in Logiscity, south of Lima. The solution optimizes aisle geometry and enables repositioning of storage levels based on changes in volume and SKU mix. Now fully operational, the installation provides Tradesur with valuable additional storage without expanding the facility's footprint, reduces picking times by grouping SKUs by turnover rate, and enhances traceability through attachment and labeling systems that streamline inventory management.
