Finestra optimizes its warehouse in Chile with AR Racking

  • AR PAL system improves order and stock management.
  • Express installation in Pedro Aguirre Cerda boosts its growth.

The trading and importing company Finestra —supplier of solutions for the Horeca channel— has once again trusted AR Racking to equip its new warehouse in the Metropolitan Region, a key step in the sustained expansion the company has experienced since 2020. The project, based on the AR PAL selective pallet racking system, increases storage capacity and ensures quick location of each reference, without the need for civil works or operational downtime.

“We needed more space and, above all, an agile method to find the exact product at the right time. With AR Racking, we already had a positive experience, and we chose them again for their technical expertise, available stock, and transparent communication throughout the process,” said Leonardo Castillo, General Manager of Finestra.

The warehouse change came as a response to a continued sales peak. Having AR Racking’s engineering from the start enabled a tailor-made design that maximizes available height and facilitates clear reception and dispatch flows. As a result, warehouse teams have reduced order preparation times, and the level of service to the end customer has significantly improved.

The installation was completed within very tight deadlines thanks to direct coordination between AR Racking’s engineering and assembly teams and Finestra’s operational staff. The solution also provides future flexibility: the structures are modular and can be expanded or redistributed according to new SKU needs, peak demand seasons, or e-commerce projects.

With this project, Finestra consolidates its growth strategy in the Chilean market, reinforcing its promise of immediate availability for restaurants, hotels, and cafés, while AR Racking reaffirms its position as a reference partner for companies seeking logistics efficiency without construction complexity.
