Euromundo Logistics SL boosts warehouse efficiency with AR Racking and CTB Group

In the dynamic logistics sector, where efficiency and agility are essential, Euromundo Logistics SL  has made a qualitative leap in its warehouse management thanks to a custom-designed storage solution by AR Racking, in collaboration with its official distributor Condal Trade Barcelona (CTB Group). The project, developed and installed in just one week, has completely transformed the operational performance of the facility located in Paterna (Valencia).

The solution: a 6-meter-high AR PAL racking system providing direct access to 330 pallet positions for a wide variety of SKUs. This system was chosen for its ability to support a highly dynamic and versatile operation, in line with Euromundo Logistics SL activity as a freight forwarding company managing high-volume, fast-moving goods.

With the new installation, the company has increased its storage capacity by more than 60%, optimizing space utilization and removing bottlenecks from its logistics processes. This capacity boost translates into faster response times, improved planning, and a much more efficient and orderly operation.

“The client is very satisfied with the work carried out and the increased storage capacity achieved,” confirm representatives from CTB Group, who were able to reconfigure warehouse flows without interrupting day-to-day activity. The installation was customized for 1200 x 800 x 1200 mm pallets weighing up to 1,000 kg—Euromundo Logistics SL’ standard specification—ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
