AR Racking Perú has successfully completed the expansion of PRIME EXPRESS s Distribution Centre in BSF Punta Hermosa (Lima) with the installation of a selective pallet racking system designed to support the company’s growing logistics operations. Within a total timeframe of 30 days, the project increased storage capacity and improved accessibility to a large number of SKUs, ensuring operational continuity and more agile inventory management.

The solution — 8,000 mm high and configured for 1,000 x 1,200 mm pallets — maximises space utilisation and facilitates the rotation of references typical of a logistics operator. AR Racking’s engineering team adapted the layout to PRIME EXPRESS’s actual flows, reinforcing location selectivity and structural safety for sustained performance at ambient temperature.

As a result, PRIME EXPRESS has increased its operational capacity by 25%, with 1,400 new pallet positions in an indoor environment optimised for order preparation and inventory control. The selective design provides flexibility to manage demand peaks and the expansion of references without compromising loading and unloading times.
