Casa Luker puts its trust in our AR PAL racking once again

We have completed a new project in Colombia for Casa Luker, with whom we continue to work closely to support their logistics growth. On this occasion, the objective was clear: to increase storage capacity and improve operational efficiency at two warehouses located in Funza and Siberia (Cundinamarca).

To achieve this, we installed a solution combining Drive Through with conventional AR PAL adjustable pallet racking—ideal for operations that require an efficient buffer warehouse and flexible pallet flow management. The scope of the project included expanding the Drive Through and AR PAL selective system at the LATAM Industrial Park warehouse, and installing conventional AR PAL selective pallet racking at El Zol Industrial Park (Funza).

In terms of capacity and timelines, the project involved expanding by 900 pallet positions to reach a total of 2,500 installed positions at the LATAM Industrial Park warehouse, in addition to installing 600 positions in Funza. We completed the installation in 2 weeks, with a 12-metre-high system designed for standard 1.00 x 1.20 m pallets and a six-beam-level configuration to store finished goods and raw materials.

As added value, all racking incorporates high-capacity wire mesh decks to protect the product, and the Drive Through block was developed using seismic-resistant design criteria. The result for Casa Luker is a stronger, faster operation: more capacity, better use of space, and reduced loading times.

“We are proud to see our customer Casa Luker’s growth and the way they are making their processes more efficient through our storage solutions,” highlights María Camila Bandera, Project Lead at AR Racking.
