AR Racking pptimises DIPER’s first class a warehouse

• 640 selective-racking pallet positions across 1,000 m².

AR Racking has completed the first phase of DIPER’s new distribution centre in Aldea Logística Global (Villa El Salvador), installing an initial 640 pallet positions of selective racking within 1,000 m². The system provides direct, immediate access to every pallet—crucial in pharmaceutical distribution, where rapid location and product integrity directly affect service quality.

Designed to grow with the business, the infrastructure can be smoothly expanded to 1,160 positions without interrupting daily operations. This lowers future expansion costs, protects the initial investment, and ensures the warehouse scales seamlessly alongside the distributor’s growth strategy.

The installed system improves inventory rotation, shortens picking routes, and enhances lot-by-lot traceability, resulting in faster order preparation and greater punctuality for hospital and pharmacy deliveries. The layout meets stringent Class A warehouse standards and Good Storage Practices (GSP), guaranteeing optimal conditions for temperature control, cleanliness, and safety.

Close coordination between Omar Durand of AR Racking and Patrick Teullet of DIPER kept the installation on schedule with no impact on ongoing supply operations. The result strengthens DIPER’s ability to respond quickly to rising demand in Peru’s healthcare sector.

This project—the second Class A facility delivered by AR Racking in the country—showcases the company’s focus on modular, fast-payback solutions that enhance clients’ competitiveness through more reliable, secure, and scalable logistics processes.
