  • Assembly completed in just 6 days during live operation.

AR Racking as completed the commissioning of the new warehouse for the Nabila Home division in La Victoria (Lima, Peru) with an AR PAL (manual loading) solution designed to maximize capacity within 250 m² and streamline the flow of goods in a high-turnover business. The installation reaches 5.5 meters in height and offers 186 storage levels, with a total capacity exceeding 2,700 boxes.

The project responds to Nabila Home’s goal of improving operational efficiency by increasing storage capacity and accelerating inbound, order preparation, and dispatch processes. The solution prioritizes greater agility, improved inventory control, and enhanced structural safety—key factors in the home goods retail sector.

To ensure performance from day one, AR Racking’s team executed the assembly during “live operation,” coordinating in real time with the client’s staff without interrupting daily activities. The design—with three upright frames and adaptation for manual box handling in various sizes—was aligned with the workflows of the dry warehouse and delivered in only 6 days, complete with a technical report and audiovisual documentation of the installation.

“Our business is pure commerce—focused on storage and picking to deliver to our clients. We were impressed by the technology, the strength of the materials, and the finish. After AR’s presentation and the follow-up coordination, everything was optimal: delivery times were met. In short, what stands out is the efficiency and durability,” said Antonio Goicochea, General Manager of Nabila SAC.

“Nabila has strengthened its logistics operations for the Nabila Home division. The implementation was carried out in real-time coordination with the operational team, taking into account all necessary precautions for live installation. The assembly team delivered a full technical report, accompanied by audiovisual documentation showing the installation during ongoing operations. This project demonstrates how a customized design can optimize goods flow while ensuring efficiency and durability in the warehouse,” added Jenny Daneri Toledo, Project Manager at AR Racking.
