AR Racking and PM STEELE® upgrade Naturasol’s warehouse

• Adjustable racking and Pallet Shuttle system for 15,968 pallet positions.
• 30,000 m² of intelligent storage delivered in two phases through 2025.

AR Racking, in partnership with its official distributor in Mexico, PM STEELE®, has designed and installed the first phase of Naturasol, S.A. de C.V.’s new storage system. The food-sector company, headquartered in Ciudad Satélite, will ultimately benefit from 15,968 pallet positions across its 30,000 m² logistics centre once both project stages are completed.

The solution combines 5,272 high-turnover adjustable pallet rack locations with 10,696 Pallet Shuttle positions, ensuring high density, automation, and fast inventory handling. A second phase—already under way and scheduled for October 2025—will add two cold-storage chambers, allowing Naturasol to expand its chilled-product portfolio without sacrificing efficiency.

Detailed engineering, led by Alberto de la Torre Pérez, Armando Cisneros Cuevas, and Miguel Ángel González Saldívar of PM STEELE®, drew on AR Racking’s certified Spanish manufacturing and PM STEELE®’s local expertise. With this deployment, Naturasol boosts market responsiveness and advances its ambitious sustainable-growth plan: leaner operations, reduced product handling, and maximum use of vertical space. PM STEELE®—responsible for local implementation—highlights AR Racking’s technical support in delivering an “intelligent, scalable infrastructure ready for the logistics challenges of tomorrow.”
