AR Racking and PM STEELE® expand Telch’s warehouse

• Double Deep Pallet Racking and braced racking across 1,500 m²
• Two-phase project reinforces plastic-resin logistics

AR Racking, together with its priority distributor in Mexico, PM STEELE®, has completed the expansion of Telch’s logistics centre, a national leader in the production and sale of plastic resins. Delivered in two phases over two years, the project has transformed 1,500 m² of indoor space into a high-density storage platform that streamlines material flow and protects sensitive goods.

The first phase introduced Double Deep Pallet Racking, doubling linear capacity and accelerating the loading and unloading of high-turnover products. The second phase added braced adjustable pallet racking, providing crucial structural reinforcement for heavy or irregularly shaped items. “With this hybrid design we maximise every aisle and safeguard product integrity—key to our industrial growth plan,” Telch representatives note.

Detailed engineering—led by Gabriela Hernández and Henry Mendez of PM STEELE®—combined AR Racking’s certified Spanish manufacturing with PM STEELE®’s local know-how. “This joint effort shows how the #GrowingTogether programme lets us deliver advanced storage solutions to demanding clients, blending innovation with safety,” says Gabriela Hernández. With the new infrastructure, Telch gains higher location density, shorter manoeuvring times and the flexibility to grow through future modular expansions. The design also reserves structural capacity for future automation or guided-picking systems, ensuring the investment remains future-proof amid the challenges of the polymer industry.
