With over 50 years of experience in the business, Industrial Racking Supplies have been able to grow to become AR’s largest UK stockist and the second largest stockist in the world with stocks of up to £900,000.00. As the UK’s largest stockist of AR Racking, we are not only able to supply to the trade right throughout the UK but to AR’s official stockists as well. As a family run business, we know the key values that our customer’s look for and can offer the best customer service available. Industrial Racking Supplies are set for expansion in 2022 with a larger premises being prepared as we speak to allow us to stock more of AR’s products.

 

What is INDUSTRIAL RACKING SUPPLIES’s range of products and services?

Industrial Racking Supplies solely supply AR Racking and shelving whilst offering compatible components for spares and repairs of other brands. We offer site visits to ascertain our customer requirements, along with installation, repairs, and maintenance by our SEIRS accredited installation team. We are now pleased to say that we are also an official distributor of rack armour guards by The Rack Group.

 

In terms of storage and industrial racking, what distinguishes INDUSTRIAL RACKING SUPPLIES from its competitors?

As stockist and not a distributor of AR Racking we are able to supply most if not all projects and orders from stock with the quickest turn around possible. We offer great customer service and will go above and beyond for our customers to make sure their needs are met.

 

How was the partnership with AR Racking established?

We have been dealing with AR from the very beginning, we had an AR Racking Salesman come to us that was going around the UK trying to get firms to give them a try on their Longspan System as they hadn’t started to produce Pallet Racking at this time, we liked the product so we thought we would give them a try, and it was the best thing we did, AR then came to us a year or so later and said they was starting to produce pallet racking would we be interested in stocking this as well, so we did and we haven’t looked back.

What does it mean for INDUSTRIAL RACKING SUPPLIES to be a strategic distributor of AR Racking?

For us, being the largest stockist of AR Racking in the UK is a massive achievement as a business. It allows us to provide our customers with very competitive prices and lead times. Also, it has allowed the Industrial Racking Supplies brand to grow into a well-known nationwide business.

 

Why be a distributor of AR Racking and not of other manufacturers?

We have a fantastic working relationship with AR with a mutual respect and understanding of each other’s business’ which makes it very easy for us to only supply AR. The AR products that we supply are reliable and know that if we have any issues with anything we have supplied AR will not shy away, they will accept any faults and resolve quickly and efficiently.

 

What are the future challenges for INDUSTRIAL RACKING SUPPLIES as a company?

We would say our future challenges for Industrial Racking Supplies is keeping up with the supply and demand of our customers. We are currently expanding to a large unit which will allow us to keep more stocks than ever before, but we fear that even this new larger premises will not be enough.
