AR Racking equips IPM Global Import’s strategic distribution centre

IPM Global Import, leading Peruvian company dedicated to the representation and distribution of innovative and reliable brands in power transmission elements, has opened with the help of AR Racking a new distribution centre located at the BSF Logistics Centre “Portada de Lurín”, Punta Hermosa (Peru).

“This warehouse will be our strategic operations centre, where we will deal directly with orders from our distributors” explained Cesar Porras Cuellar, General Manager of IPM Global Import. “In addition to having extensive experience in the field of industrial bearings and belts, as well as a highly qualified team, thanks to AR Racking we now have a highly competitive distribution centre”, he added.

Here, AR Racking has installed a Longspan Shelving system: “It is a highly versatile solution for non-pallet loading, which enables immediate access to all the load units and stored references”, commented Omar Durand, Commercial Advisor in AR Racking Peru and project manager for IPM Global Import. In this case, galvanised panels have been added to the mini rack.
