  • AR Racking will sponsor a round table organised by the Spanish Logistics Centre (CEL) and the media Cuadernos de Logística.
  • The meeting will bring together a dozen of the most influential people in the sector to discuss the key moment in which logistics and supply chains find themselves.
  • The round table will take place on 20 April at Torre Emperador Castellana (Madrid).

AR Racking will celebrate the European Logistics Day together with CEL and Cuadernos de Logística by sponsoring and leading a debate under the name "Evolution, revolution, pandemic and security of supply, where is logistics, stocks and storage heading in this new scenario", which will bring together some of the main players in the sector in an event that will take place on 20 April at Torre Emperador Castellana (Madrid).

It is an exclusive event organised by the main Spanish association of the sector and the magazine Cuadernos de Logística, which this year returns to the face-to-face format. Sponsored by AR Racking, the event will serve as a meeting point to discuss urgent current issues such as logistics in the face of high energy costs, e-commerce, the new storage needs and dimensions of storage projects in the face of the war situation, the impact on supply chains of price rises and shortages of raw materials and forecasts for the coming years.

An event that will be attended by personalities such as Ana González (President of CEL), logistics and supply chain managers from companies such as KPMG, Mahou, Scalpers, Conforama, Clarins or Efficold. On behalf of AR Racking, Jimmy Andersson (Sales Director for Southern Europe) and Guillermo San Román (Sales Representative for the Central Zone) will take part in the round table.

"At a time of such great tension in logistics chains, it is urgent to seek short-term solutions, but also to anticipate the changes that may come and for that, it is extremely important that the main logistics players share a common and transversal vision", says Andersson. It is, therefore, an event to share experience, promote solutions, keep abreast of advances in innovation and seek formulas that generate more efficiency and competitiveness.
