Installation of adjustable pallet racking for the growth of The Brands Club

The Brands Club, specialists in the sale of original brands for clothing, footwear, accessories and pets, entrusted the improvement of the logistics of its warehouse to the storage system specialist AR Racking. 

The warehouse, located in Santiago, needed an intralogistics adaptation to meet the increase in sales of such well-known original licence products as Disney, Marvel, DC Comics, Star Wars, etc. “In the last 3 years we have grown exponentially, becoming the number one licensee in Chile in our categories”, stated Fabian Bishara Adauy, partner and CFO of The Brands Club.

Based on that need and after a detailed study of the characteristics of the warehouse and operations, AR Racking designed and installed an adjustable pallet racking solution that has generated a storage capacity for 1,150 pallets. For Bishara, “the value for money, steel used and the earthquake engineering applied make AR Racking an attractive and trustworthy supplier for a storage systems project”.

Long-term customised project

The Brands Club expanded its catalogue and opened the online store right at the outbreak of the health crisis. In 2022 it expects to launch its own brand on the market and open an experience store, orienting the business towards full omnichannel retailing. The racking implementation project in the warehouse has therefore been designed considering current trends and the expected short and medium-term growth. In fact, adjustable pallet racking is characterised by its reconfiguration capacity to future needs.
