AR Racking continues to strengthen its presence in the United States with the appointment of Adam Luperini as Sales Manager.

With a strong commercial background in the intralogistics sector, Luperini brings extensive experience in business development and the end-to-end management of storage system projects. In his most recent role as Sales Director, he focused on assessing client needs, evaluating solution scalability, optimizing space utilization, and integrating warehouse technologies to deliver efficient, turnkey solutions.

Previously, he served as Sales Manager specializing in semi-automated solutions, where he was responsible for the full sales cycle—from proposal development and site evaluations to solution design and after-sales support. His experience includes developing new business opportunities, with a strong emphasis on building long-term client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Earlier in his career as an Account Executive, he further developed his expertise in managing relationships with distributors, system integrators, and end users, bringing a consultative approach that supports the development of tailored storage solutions.
